The LED Queen is based in Melbourne, Australia with postage Australia wide. However we have recently expanded our operations with the opening of a new overseas warehouse. As of February 2023, our new facility is up and running, serving those located in America and Europe.

We understand that price is a critical consideration for many customers, which is why we have priced our product/service to be highly competitive in the market for its quality level. While you may come across many LED companies that offer lower prices, we recognize that the absolute lowest price point often comes at the expense of quality. In comparison to our same quality competitors, our pricing is very reasonable, and we believe that our handmade LED signs set the highest standards for quality, longevity, and safety. Our focus on quality and value means that we offer the best investment for your money. Our exceptional quality is evident in our signs’ longevity, which can last up to 5 years if they were to be left on for 24 hours a day. Making them a worthwhile investment.

If you’re interested in purchasing a water-resistant LED sign, please let us know at the quoting stage. We do offer water-resistant options, but there is a small additional charge for these signs. It’s important to note that while our water-resistant signs are designed to withstand exposure to moisture and light rain, they are not intended to be fully exposed to the elements on a permanent basis.

While the exact timeline for production and delivery can vary depending on a number of factors, we typically estimate that orders will take approximately 2-3 weeks from start to finish, including both production and postage. We understand that timely delivery is important to our customers, so we strive to keep our production times as efficient as possible without compromising the quality of our work.

We take great pride in the quality and durability of our products at The Led Queen, and we stand behind our work with a comprehensive warranty. In the unlikely event that you experience a fault or defect with one of our products, we offer replacements for up to 2 years from the date of purchase. Please note that each claim is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the decision to replace a faulty product will depend on the specific source of the fault. Our goal is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and that they can rely on our signs for many years to come.

We understand that our customers may have different preferences when it comes to mounting their LED Neon signs, so we offer a range of options to suit every need. For a permanent installation, all of our signs come with pre-drilled holes in the acrylic and screws provided in our complimentary hanging kit for easy wall mounting. However, if you’re looking for a temporary option, we recommend using 3M command strips and a thick fishing wire for a virtually invisible mounting solution. Additionally, we offer free standing signs at no additional cost for customers who prefer this option. Whatever your preference, we are here to help you find the perfect mounting solution for your LED Neon sign.

We take great care to ensure that our LED Neon signs are packaged and shipped with the utmost care and attention to detail. However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit. In the very unlikely event that your sign is damaged during delivery, it is important to report the damage to us within 24 hours of receipt of the package, and we will follow this up with our delivery partner to resolve the issue. In the meantime, we will begin creating a new sign for you as quickly as possible to minimize any delays or inconvenience. If your sign is delayed for any reason outside of our control, we will do everything we can to assist you in locating it and ensuring that it is delivered to you as soon as possible.

Due to the nature of the handmade process, it is possible that some signs may exhibit small scratches, finger marks or attract dust. We want to assure you that these imperfections are minimal and not noticeable when the sign is turned on or unless you’re closely inspecting them. We take every precaution to minimize these things during the manufacturing, packaging and postage process.
